Best thing about the company is the work environment. You get appreciation for the things you have done well and you might also get scolded for what you have done wrong. But later on that part of scolding would be the best part and you'll realize the things you learned from that scold was the best learning. Many more pros for Nila and Infiniti which couldn't be expressed. Happy to be part of Infiniti Family.

Micromanagement. Too much followup's for the task assigned. Communication gap from higher hierarchy.
