      Pros

      Great people, a good product, good income, work with several different technologies, but only for people that like being challenged

      Cons

      Customer-centered company, not a tech company in modern terms. Every problem that happens in a customer is urgent. Sales dept. deadlines are more important that tech. dept. real deadlines.
