-good projects -providers intership -provides work opportunities for new comers -client has good management - WFH -client is flexible with time and shows trust on me in accomplishing my tasks, and assigning me challenging projects
Cons
-delayed salary increase, didn't receive one in 1.5 years, they said there is a guaranteed increase starting January buy we would received it by May but they can't assure the amount -HR is non-responsive. I'd have to escalate and always copy management for simple inquiries about how to use benefits, or claiming company ID. No joke, one request took 2 months for them to reply just so I can get my company ID. Worst HR ever, very unprofessional. -management is quite smug. They are not transparent with performance reviews, I only received 1 review which is for my regularization.lol -they are not quite strict with weekly performance updates, but still that effort is unnecassary because in the end, I work by myself in my project, independently. Just a minor thing. -the laptops Lenovo is the worst ever, mine bugged down after 6 months. I raised this, and my lead told me even he would have to replace his laptop every year for the last 5 years - the idea for flexible benefit is cool, but you'd have to spend a lot of time providing receipts etc. Didn't sit well with me to do all the paperworks. I wans't able to maximize this benefit. Also, the HR who are managing this endeavor are not that responsive so it's hard to know how things work and hard to make things right.
