      Pros

      Indiewalls has been an incredible professional experience for me. I appreciate the atmosphere, intention, core values, and colleagues. We are granted unlimited PTO (seriously!) as long as we achieve the expected results for the company. This job has been a dream come true! You would additionally be granted a Balance Allowance bonus as well as access to an Art Gifting program

      Cons

      A downside for me is that sometimes I wish I could spend time with my colleagues, but we work remotely from all over the world!

      Due to the nature of the work turnaround time for assignments can be quite tight, but there is always support from the team.

      Cons

      Lots of work, always, but that might just be a start up thing? You need to be a motivated self starter whose passionate about pushing things forward. I don't see this as a con, but some might.
