Pros
On time salary corporative team leader
Cons
Strict timing 10.30 to 7.30
Pros
The owner of this company is as sly and underhanded as they come. Maintaining the guise of a professional, he will beguile you with his laid-back attitude and general friendliness. However, this person is actually fooling you into working for free without even bylines to show for your time. He has studied the Indian market and takes full advantage of the lack of well-paid employment opportunities and the inadequacies of the Indian legal system in order to hoodwink already underpaid scribes.
Cons
The payment is fine initially, but then the delays begin. He cons you into thinking that all your salaries are being accrued and will be paid off in bulk in the near future. However once it adds up to a big amount, he doesn't respond to e-mails or pick up phone calls. If you are a writer with some sense of ideals and ethics, you definitely should not even consider working here. Another funny fact about the owner- he thinks Salman Khan is innocent in the hit and run case because 'poor people shouldn't be sleeping on the streets'
Pros
- Excellent editor who really deserves applause for editing copies so aptly - Give an opportunity to write on substantial topics
Cons
- They remove all your bylines when you stop writing for them. All your copies go with the byline: Indibeat team. All the writers working with them are strictly adviced to take print screen. Don't save links as that doesn't help much - They don't make payments at all. They simply don't reply to emails after one submits and gets a good number of articles published - Both the above mention problems surface because they don't give a formal contract once one starts writing or before one starts writing. All the tasks are completed through an application called Asana
