Pros
This is a great organization to work for from what I have seen. They really seem to care about thier employees and want to give them the tools necessary to succeed.
Cons
There is a lot of corporate things you have to do that come with the job. These consist of quizzing employee's on safety issues and writing reviews and some other things that are not common in some of the security industry.
