The role of Program Supervisor is very flexible, which is a huge plus. The money is there if you're willing to put in the effort. Typically, it's a Monday through Friday schedule, which is great for work-life balance.

If there's no staff coverage, you’ll essentially give up your social life to cover shifts. Training is minimal—if you're promoted from a DSP, you’ll likely get just the basics and end up learning most things on the job.
