      Pros

      Completely revamped after computerization. Networking is fine. Staff culture is good. Every one contributes for the bank. Management is super.

      Cons

      Shortness of Staff strength speaks a lot in the branches. Needs lots and lots of improvement in infrastructure in all aspects.
