Target Job and after every quater target increase rapidly

- The only pro I could think of is you get free chips and snacks - Get to play on PS5 only if you're lucky and it's not crowded

- Everything rests on the shoulders on one guy in terms of management even though there are multiple managers - Multiple people you need to report to of which nobody actually cares about the work you are doing - No respect for people's time. All the low level employees are expected to reach the office as early as possible but can't leave earlier than 9. Yeah, but that doesn't apply to management. They can come by by second half and it doesn't matter. Some of them take unexpected WFH as well - Pretty much a corporate dictatorship. Everything happens on whims. No order, only chaos. Even the smallest change can cause unexpected breakages. Like walking on egg shells.
