Pros
Independence Blue Cross was a wonderful place to work. The people were very nice and very appreciative. It was very nice to know that you made someone else's job easier by taking a few minutes to answer a question, or to show someone how to do something that they didn't know or understand.
Cons
Typical work day is very busy, a lot of learn in this industry if you're in the right department. Hardest part of the job is getting bottlenecked by higher ups. Most enjoyable part- the network you build
