Very transparent with basically everything. - As a full stack dev you get exposure to a LOT of new technologies - Very FOSS friendly and it's not an issue to introduce new cutting edge technology into a project if a business case can be made for it

- There are times where your personal schedule needs to be shifted because management wants to satisfy a client - which comes at the cost of my time and personal duties. Although some of the time can be taken back later after the project is complete. - The pay can be less than what others get for a similar position in Southern Ontario - although it's understandable given the company is not located in the Waterloo or Toronto hubs
