Pros
- Good business idea with great selling proposition - Flexible work environment - Coworkers are very helpful - Top Worldwide Brands as clients - Trying to better business/offering constantly - Project based work ebbs and flows, some weeks can be insane others can be very little if that's your thing - Relatively informal, small company atmosphere
Cons
- No Human Resources Dept/Personnel at all - Fiscal Compensation/Benefits leaves something to be desired compared to similar roles at other SaaS orgs, working here bets on future potential company compared to established orgs - Software offering is very complicated and anything but intuitive. Very hard to learn/documentation is often out of date - Consistent bugs and configuration issues require constant testing - Project scope is often a concept not executed - there is no "line in the sand" sometimes for what's supported and not leading to unnecessary issues - Can work very early/late due to time zone differences - Middle management has no experience managing and it shows - Growing pains, although understandable - Revenue by any means necessary
