Pros
It's nice to be surrounded by great products that are refreshed through seasons and carefully selected. The vibes of the store, people, and customer base are also great perks. It feels like a family, with most of the employees standing by the company for 5+ years, which I think says a lot about Incu as a competitor of a fast-paced retail environment. They don't have individual KPI goals like other major retailers which takes the stress off, and there is also an incentive to work hard for employee bonuses. Incu also managed the COVID-19 transition quite fluidly for the economic catastrophe it was, and as an employee, I was ensured with care and security.
Cons
There aren't many progression opportunities, mainly due to most positions being filled by other long-term employees.
