Pros

I feel that I benefit learning everything that I did when it came to ABA I think the training is thorough when it comes to the concepts and vocabulary. And honestly the kiddos are really what make that job. I love the kids they were the best experience.

Cons

Management really doesn’t seem to care about anybody but themselves. And they want you to go above and beyond but they’re not willing to even look you in the eye and say hello the pay is terrible. I know a lot of people that have left due to their pay situation, not being enough specially, if your kid cancels or there’s a change in schedule that affects you.
