The facilities leadership team does nothing but vape in their supply closet (I’m looking at you Patrick) and hide in the private stall bathrooms to avoid doing actual work. Night crew specifically. They do not conduct themselves as leadership and will fire you for your short comings even thought they are guilty of the same thing. This was the most soul crushing Job I’ve ever worked
