Pros

- The situation today is nothing like what you'd read here from 2019 reviews. A year passed by and things are better. - The People team is making sure to be receptive of feedback. - Very interesting and relevant tech stack - Node.js, React, NestJS, TypeScript and AWS. - People are very approachable - recruiters, C-level, etc. They will help you happily. - If you are a technical person, this product is really awesome and the amount of data processed is truly amazing. The scale challenge is great.

Cons

- There are often many names for the same concept and that can be very confusing. I understand engineers have their habits. But if we want to scale (and we clearly do, looking at the current hiring plans), we really need to talk about this issue. Newcomers find it really hard to understand concepts due to the massive amount of terms and names.
