Pros
I have been here for over three years, and I must say this company is way better than most in terms of employee engagement, fun events and feeling appreciated.
The employee satisfaction survey is really the difference for me; I have not worked anywhere (five other large companies) where you can voice your opinion, and it actually goes somewhere.
I feel seen and valued here.
Compensation, work life balance and job satisfaction are my top categories, and I feel Imperial Dade hits all of them.
Cons
"Set in old ways" where the warehouse operations are concerned. management is reactive vs proactive, even when you give advice in advance to head off a problem.
