Pros
Longevity if you’re eager to put up with the job environment. Nobody dares to fire anybody. Down line ends up firing up line.
Cons
Nepotism and personal relationships get in the way of performance. Cut-throat culture. Top management don’t seem to care although pretend they do. No life-work balance unless you are family or engaged in a relationship with your upline.
