Pros
They're as competitive in the market as a failing company can be. The pay scale was decent though for the amount of bureaucracy, it often felt a bit light. The expectation of overtime and 10 hour workdays will take your family time to what feels like nothing. The work culture is very company driven, you are not an individual just another number or body and cog to be replaced when you've ultimately been driven into the ground by upper management.
Cons
If you enjoy the thrill of walking into a high school locker room everyday this is the place for you. Constant measuring contests and consistently arguing about the same topics are a hot point amongst office staff versus field staff. Don't expect management to have your best interests in mind unless you're friends of upper management, part of the family, or a "long" term employee.
