      Pros

      The main pro is that you have flexibility with your schedule. This is due to the fact that there is very little structure or accountability expectation.

      Cons

      Imerys changes the bonus structure every year. They also like to change it mid year which negatively impacts sales managers payout. They often do this with no notice... Very untrustworthy
