Pros

-Free bagels on Fridays -Downtown office

Cons

Where to even start. The job itself is not stimulating or satisfying. You are making swag for companies. No value or trust is put in employees by upper management. Upper management runs off of emotion and tries to micromanage every aspect of the business. The HIGHEST turnover rate I have ever experienced. People literally quitting left and right while new faces are hired all the time. Upper management tries to instill fear employees with threats and aggression as a way for things to get done. This company is not moving forward and I could not be happier that I left when I did.

Pros

Catered lunches, company outings and events, sometimes work trips. For an entry-level position, you really do get to learn in-depth about business and the industry. These skills you develop are proven valuable to any job you decide to take after that. It is not hard and strenuous work, just time-consuming and can be offset if they updated their work processes or hired out more people. However, when you get the hang of it, you really have a chance to succeed.

Cons

- Company work culture is a hit or miss depending on your personality. Small company makes for an extremely "tight-knit" environment that easily turns toxic because of the inability to separate personal relationships with professional business/working relationships. - Professionalism is at a minimum - The more time you have at the company, the more seniority and added perks you get...the benefits packages is not the most competitive when you are starting out. - High turnover rate - No room for innovation or creative thinking even though they are a promotional advertising company - little to no room to grow inside the company
