Pros
Great first art job. Learned a lot from other people within the art department. Was great to be a part of pre and post production. Most coworkers were great to work with.
Cons
No room for creative or financial growth. Not a lot of age range. Very resistant to change and poorly managed. Overall had a miserable employee atmosphere. Was never given a raise and was not compensated the way that I was originally told I would be.
