Pros
I can’t think of any.
Cons
-The company is downright unprofessional. They are unaware of basic policies and run the company without caring for the consequences. - The feeling one can best describe is of being in a school where Ishan, the CEO will reprimand you if you take a break and play on of the games available in the office at any time but your break but will have no problem if you stay hours overtime to do the work. There are many such instances that can be recounted. - The CEO does not believe in work life balance and openly says so and will also fire anyone who chooses their home before their work. - the whole culture is very negative and you often feel small and like you walk on eggshells because Ishan is ruled by his emotions. He does things first then thinks them over. -has a very fragile ego. Insists on following the aristocratic British culture where his employees are forced to call him ‘sir’ for no other good reason than the fact that he is the boss. - all the upper management has been groomed by the CEO as they had started off as interns in the company and therefore one can easily sense the lack of healthy discussions/opposing views that is fruitful for the well management and functioning of the company.
