Pros
The company is growing, and fast. Opportunities here are what you limit yourself to. Everyone is invited and encouraged to participate in various brainstorms, which leads to some good ideas that come combined from different disciplines. The employees are smart, hard working, and generally very good people. The benefits are great.
Cons
As with any fast-growing company, there are some growing pains, like new systems and processes. Management is very receptive to ideas and does a good job handling these things.
