Pros
I am a long term employee and am happy to report the company is in better health than I have ever seen it, both in terms of work culture and its performance. It has always had great people to work with but it has never had the synergy between management, staff, and customers that it has had for a while now.
Cons
There is still a ways to go for the company to scale up its operations now that it has its core operations running so well, a lot of work yet to be done!
