Adam did a great job explaining everything and making sure everyone was on the same page before moving on to the next subject. He was very understanding of the different questions that were being asked and answered them the best way he could.
Cons
There was no downside with orientation. The experience was good and straight to the point.

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
