      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and nice. And that is just about it.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no work life balance you are expected to actively work for 8 hours a day for BARE minimum pay. They also LIE to you about how much you are making. Signed an offer for 36 did the math and it came out 3k less and their explanation is, (you get paid extra in April & October) which still doesn't make any sense because each paycheck has been the same.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
