There has been a solid and detailed investment in IDS platform, with a lot of structure in how every meeting, and one's weekly schedule runs. There are often team bonding events, such as monthly luncheons, and holiday parties as exectutives value providing perks such as snacks and drinks at all times. The office is also well maintained, and the work they do is top notch in its quality. IDEAL has a great reputation in the industry.

The pay and commission are far under market value, and there is almost no recognition for those who go above and beyond. Instead, they are taken advantage of. Management is not true to their world, but will greet you with a smile on their face. Unfortunately, they have hired a few bad apples as Seniors that have spoiled the whole lot, and driven away some of the most talented and hardest working Project Managers.
