There are no pros for a company that does not investigate situations and does not look deep into a facility that had a good reputation in a small town for years and has a declining census and the population of that town no longer patronizes or recommends it to others

deceitful, understaffed and seems to be a company that tells you what you want to hear but does not stand by there word. Allows administration to tell someone who volunteers 3 times a week for over ten years and does a great job that they are no longer needed. NOT A GOOD MOVE IN A SMALL TOWN
