The workplace is disorganized, and the atmosphere is exhausting and overwhelming. • The people in charge appear lost and incapable of providing clear direction most of the time. • Most leaders seem completely out of touch, causing problems to drag on far longer than necessary. • Ineffective leadership continues to hold the organization back and should be replaced by people who are actually capable and qualified.
