      Pros

      The institution does a lot of good research and it has a good international reputation.

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics and a big division between national and international staff. Strikes and other protests make for a disruptive work environment. Senior management seem unresponsive.

      - Very good working environmrnt - Good co workers - Best research institute in Bangladesh, lot's of opportunities to make it big in the research world -

      Cons

      - Getting permanent into the job is very tough, because it is highly demanding field - Getting promotions is even tougher - Some may find it monotonous to work in the same environment day in day out
