      Only pro was that it was remote

      Cons

      Very bad management especially the Cfo and hr. Work culture is intolerable. People are more interested in creating problems as there are no employee friendly policies.

      Pros

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
