      - Not much work for the PM role, - Most of the PM work can be delegated to consultant

      Cons

      - Non-technical background project managers, due to it lot of project/tasks which requires one or two week's time to complete was requested to complete it within 3 days. - Office politics, - Too much toxic from the project managers

      Flexible, mostly remote even though it's hybrid.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive enough. Company still growing so they are trying to pivot and spend a lot of money on their new product.
