Gives you a lot of flexibility and Management is very approachable. As a single mom working at ITI, Management was very understanding and accommodating. Co-workers treat each other like family. Management is quick to mentor employees they see has potential to grow in their career. Management is always willing and available to guide employees. Company paid trips and all-out B-B-Q for lunch!

No pros when you don't get paid for your work.

I left this job after 5 years working for them. New MGMT contacted me to hire me back. Had me work multiple orders, Did not receive any pay. Both contacts of management that hired me - Daniel and Michael have ignored all requests for pay and not responded to calls or texts. Extremely unprofessional scamming crooks. Do not work for this company. Wild way to treat a 5+ year worker of the company, Disgusting humans at this company. Scamming a father struggling to pay bills. Reporting this company to the BBB + Dept of Labor as they are also paying employees under the table committing massive amounts of tax fraud.
