Management is good, their vision is also good

cons are lot, salary date is 15th of month, there is lots of issue in collection department, there are old ppl still working in company who joined when company started and they manipulate the things. no proper project management and due to which collection is big problem. They work daily 9 hours that too monday to friday which is against shop & establishment rules for private companies only one saturday is off.
