      Good salary for a mid level, provided proper working equipment (they even asked me what I wanted and bought everything according to my specs).

      Cons

      Very unstable contract (termo incerto), meaning I could be fired for one day to the other.

      Helps lot with immigration issues, unlike bigger companies. Good for early stage Engineers who want to learn Blochchain, DLT. The have nice consultancy, which is useful for people working in IT services.

      Cons

      Can be more professional and should strive to have more Software companies like culture. can me more relaxed and should be open to honest feedback from employees.
