Terrible boss(es) - not people persons at all. They were mean, intense and had no emotional intelligence at all. Not good with relating to others. Only cared about numbers, bottom lines and hiring / firing people was a constant. No real concern for building relationships with clients, only meeting quotas. Constantly lecturing people about how they aren't working hard enough when most people had the workload of several.
