Great company - Project Manager IRL Employee Review

- IRL has amazing talented motivated people from across the globe who I learn from and who inspire me every day. - The perks are insane for a startup, they pay well, have amazing stipends, vacation time, and the off-sites are next level - The flexibility of the work at IRL is amazing. No need to be forcibly online during any hours except for meetings.

I would say the only con would be that some people like an office sometimes, and there is no office at IRL at all. Also, if you are in a timezone that no one else at the company, or very few are in, then you might feel a bit lonely in your work.

Coworkers are great and we all help each other.

Lowest pay in central florida. Upper Management does not care about employees at all.
