Pros
Commission structure is decent (if your part of the clique and get the good roles). Decent work life balance
Cons
The fire culture here is terrible. They pretend to be your friend, then the next minute your getting sat down told you have to leave and your removed off all the systems in the space of minutes. It’s as if you’ve committed some sort of crime, they’ve even done it to people who have billed the most at the time.
Favouritism is imbedded in the culture, if you’re not liked by the CEO or MD you at the bottom of the dog pile. There will be no reason for either of them not to like you; to the MD your either a man or not posh enough, and to the CEO, you don’t beg for his attention . This company is never going to grow and it’s going to be same old 5 men, with the rotation of a couple junior people every now and then to fill some quota they have. They don’t care what is going on in your personal life, or have the decency to pull you up if they feel like you need to work on something, they’ll just discuss amongst themselves when they fire someone and then the rest of the company have to act as if they’ve never met them.
They live off of being a 20+ year old company, but no one has had the chance to grow up the ladder. They need serious help in restructuring the company, it lacks culture and is very un-diverse.
