Pros
The benefits package is one of the best, the offices are decorated beautifully, the hours are great (close 2:30 every Friday year round), extra days off at Christmas every year to make extra long vacation time, Corporate outings for all staff, owners make you feel like family and opportunities to grow.
Cons
Because everyone is valued, there are a few bad apples that can never get enough that should be let go, however are given second and third chances. Owners need to take a tougher approach to non productive/conducive employees.
