Pros

Salary paid slightly over the average.

Cons

Extremely bad, ridiculous, selfish, impolite, unprofessional and chaotic environment. Never really involved from the team to work in a proper manner and independently. No procedures, no softwares and client’s files stored (if stored) in a real messy way. People from other teams always try to report to the MD when you are not on your desk (even taking picture and sending on their private WhatsApp group) or you are looking website pages from your pc. Always listening bad language from the bottom to the MD. Assisting at screams and fights in the open space between employees. No respect each other and very bad selection when hiring people. Very bad HR, when you have a problem with your team, forget about HR they listen only MD’s friends and if you are not part of the magic circle, you are free to go away. HR are not even able to track the recruitment process which can takes between 2-3 months in the best scenario. No time flexibility as promised by the HR. No sport benefit as promised by the HR. No paid extra time. Very bad located, almost outside che city center.

Pros

Process very organized and structured. I was allowed to partially onboard prior to first day. Received high quality company swag. The people here are what impress me the most, they genuinely are busy but yet want to connect and get to know you.

Cons

Dallas traffic (uncontrollable). I do not have any negatives.

Pros

Co-workers, benefits, work from home, learning opportunities.

Cons

Compliance department is toxic: bullyish behavior by directors, enormous workloads on associates and junior staff while directors are not communicative or connected to clients and teams. Juniors are not allowed to state issues and concerns without the "employee liaisons" coming after them. Junior staff turnover is worse than McDonalds because of director treatment. Head of dept. does nothing when employees are not treated fairly.
