Cons
The corporate structure has poisoned Integris. We cant give raises to people that care. We get a small percentage of cash to divy up between our staff so it ends up giving raises of pennies. We're not allowed to actually value staff. My level and above get bonuses that are not deserved. These bonuses are publicly available online. Many of them are significant enough that they could help give raises to hundreds of staff that deserve it. It breaks my heart to see what once was a great company turn into a piggy bank for people lucky enough to have contacts at a corporate level. Several people lost their jobs because the positions were terminated just so the position could be renamed and reopened for a friend and a bloated salary. We have people in high paying positions that have no idea what they are doing and an immense amount of wasteful spending because of severe incompetence.
