INTEGRIS is an organization that really cares about the health and well-being of the community. Leading the state and portions of our country in the level of care provided and how services are delivered is something anyone can connect to and get behind.
Cons
Like challenges any Healthcare system faces, there is much more than taking care of patients and providing quality care to remain successful and thriving as an organization. There are many external factors that influence or have an impact on large healthcare provider systems, such as reimbursement rates from government agencies and many more intricacies that have down stream effect on operations and culture.
