Pros
Full pantry, high pay. But high pay does not mean anything considering the amount of things we need to do. Yes, it is a good place to start your career. But not worth the time and stress you put into the work 24/7.
Cons
No department - one person has to carry all the task alone. DP left and we were trained to do data processing ourselves for reporting. Micro-manages our work, texts on weekends and after working hours. Slow career progression, will only promote if they want you to stay or if you're close to the boss.
