Easy money. They use security as a guise for mismanagement. So, no one knows what anyone is doing. That way if you say you are busy no one can hold you accountable.

Is proper military boys club. Great if you are a white man. Not any opportunity for carrier advancement unless you move teams or leave. They are very cheap and will not pay you enough. Toxic working environment if you are not posh. Not enough salary.
