I want to share my experience with iN Technologies Private Ltd (now IN Technologies BPO Services LLP) to help others avoid potential issues. My time as a Team Leader Sales there was disappointing and frustrating due to their unethical practices. iN Technologies employs deceptive tactics to mislead U.S. customers. They run PPC campaigns that misrepresent their contact number as being associated with major service providers like Xfinity/Comcast, AT&T, and DirecTV. Customers searching for support from their actual service providers might end up contacting iN Technologies instead. The company misleads customers with false claims, such as being an authorized dealer and suggesting that service outages or billing issues are imminent. They promise rewards like fake Visa gift cards and claim they can reduce bills by switching services. These rewards are never delivered, and customers are encouraged to provide personal and financial information under false pretences. Additionally, iN Technologies uses customer data inappropriately and has been reported to use clients' credit card details for unauthorized payments. Employees who attempt to address these issues may face dismissal without proper justification. I advise anyone considering working with or using services from iN Technologies to proceed with caution. Their practices raise significant ethical concerns and may lead to unwanted stress and financial issues. Choose a reputable company to ensure a trustworthy experience.

This company operates with a complete disregard for ethics and professionalism, particularly in how they handle their sales and customer service operations targeting U.S. customers. They run misleading online ad campaigns (PPC) that falsely present their contact numbers as official lines for major service providers like Xfinity, AT&T, and DirecTV. When unsuspecting customers call seeking legitimate support, they’re duped into believing iN Technologies is affiliated with these companies. The sales pitch is filled with lies and manipulation—they falsely claim to be authorized dealers, push fear tactics like fake billing issues or outages, and promise bogus rewards like Visa gift cards that never arrive. These tactics are designed purely to extract sensitive personal and financial information under false pretenses. What’s even more concerning is how the company misuses customer data and has been linked to unauthorized credit card charges. Internally, there’s no accountability—employees who speak up about unethical behavior often face retaliation or are abruptly terminated. If you're considering working here or using their services, think again. This company is built on deception and is not to be trusted. There are far more reputable and transparent companies out there—iN Technologies is not one of them.
