Pros

You are offered tools and resources to do your job.

Cons

This company prides itself on being a disabled veteran women owned business but whats not disclosed is its also a family business. On the surface there are attempts to create a positive work environment but there is extreme bias and nepotism. Those with power favor relatives or friends, give them jobs and neglect a lot of their poor performance. At the same time there is a huge turn over rate, very quick to hire, dump workload on new employees, and fire employees with little to no reason. The expectation and their standard on employees (non relatives or family friends) is unreasonable and impossible. Employees are belittled and often yelled at inappropriately. There is constant disrespect and disparaging among the team yet constant praising of management and CEO.

Pros

Everyone in leadership was accommodating and accepting. They were communicative but never demanding. Overall an enjoyable place to be

Cons

My pay felt a little low, and while I appreciated having a manager that wasn't overbearing, a little more involvement in day to day operations could have been helpful.
