      Good holidays , Good for freshers to learn, Good for those who want to enjoy life in Goa.

      Cons

      Dirty locality, Not good for career growth, If CEO says banana is apple just say yes its apple. This will ensure you get the bonus. Bonus kept as part of salary. Bonus not paid if you leave before march.

      - One of the best learning environment provided to start your career, taking online courses also encouraged - Supportive and approchable employees, friendly environment - Salary is always on time - No layoffs, even during times like covid pandemic - Other activities like team building, festive celebrations, outings are organised - Management is helpful

      - In order to make work life easier, immo needs to be more selective in who it hires and for the right position
