Pros
very supportive team environment opportunities to shadow various departments if one is egar to learn. Work is challenging at time, particularly that you are entry this stretches your mind and puts you in good stead to move up.
Cons
UK studio office is quite a distance away in Uxbridge. The PA tend to do work to that of a coordinator but gets a PA salary. Working weekends due to having to script shows.
