I was at IMC for a few years and had a great experience with this company. They are values centered company that wants it's employees to succeed and their customers to be happy. No one is watching the clock or counting your hours or micro-managing your time. Every division works together.

I enjoyed my time, had no real issues. I only left because of a family emergency in the US. I would go back in a heartbeat.

- I have been with the company for just over a year and I have not had the experience that the past reviewers have mentioned below- this is not a true reflection of imc and how it is run by our CEO. - The environment is not as it is described in recent reviews!! The environment I work in is supportive, collaborative and innovative. - I have always been listened to, supported and given the autonomy to do my job effectively by our CEO. I have been given the chance to shine and the CEO and senior team have allowed me to do this- I see a great future here! - I work with some incredible people who I learn from daily - not only do they work hard they also support and encourage each other when it comes down to it. The teams work on a variety of projects and although it makes every day a different day, it does take a great deal of juggling. This isn't so much of a con as the teams are pretty great at time management and are supported by our managers.
